ABOUT FLEUR 16

Located on the 16th floor of the iconic Waterman-Smith building and just across the street from the beautiful Bienville Square, Fleur 16 stands as a beacon of light nestled in the heart of Downtown Mobile.

 

There’s more to it than the amazing view, although that’s what drew us in. Fleur 16 is about lifting up Downtown Mobile and putting the spotlight on our city. We strive to offer our guests a place to connect, collaborate, and celebrate in style.

With each passing year, Mobile is stepping confidently into a new era: one of growth, creativity, and cultural revival. We saw a need for a space that could match this momentum— a place where celebration feels elevated, intentional, and beautifully designed.

 

As our city continues to grow, we’re here to offer a space that rises with it.

Archie is an intuitive room scheduling software that we use for every space. It makes it super easy to browse available spaces, see open time slots, and book your space in a matter of minutes. We care about your experience, so we went with the best app for that.

We use Archie for all of our booking and scheduling, so you’ll need to create an Archie account in order to book a space. Easily create an account below.

For private rooms, we require at least 30-60 minutes of prep time to make sure the space fits your needs. For workspaces, we’d prefer 30 minutes notice, but it’s not required.

 

If you need a last-minute booking, just give us a call and we’ll help make it work for both of us. 

 

For events, the sooner the better. Depending on the type of event and necessary accommodations, we’ll need to know well in advance to make sure we can bring your vision to life.

The ones who make it happen, our awesome team is involved in every aspect of Fleur 16.

Overseeing the daily operations of the venue, Tori serves as the Director of Operations for both office rentals and events. She makes sure everything from bookings to events run smoothly.
