With our intuitive Archie booking software, booking a space is a breeze. You can browse our spaces on our Spaces page and find an available time to book through Archie.

Archie is an intuitive room scheduling software that we use for every space. It makes it super easy to browse available spaces, see open time slots, and book your space in a matter of minutes. We care about your experience, so we went with the best app for that.

do i need an archie account to book?
SHort answer, yes
We use Archie for all of our booking and scheduling, so you’ll need to create an Archie account in order to book a space. Easily create an account below.

We sit at the top floor of the iconic high-rise Waterman-Smith building, just across the street from Bienville Square in the heart of Downtown Mobile, AL.

Private & shared spaces
Our spaces range from private rooms, shared rooms, and individual workspaces. With a long list of amenities and accommodations, our spaces can be tailored to fit your needs. The better question is: what kind of space do you need?
do i need to book a space to see the view?
short answer, yes
In order to take in the amazing 270° view of Downtown Mobile and Mobile River/Bay, you need to have a space booked for that time. We’d love to show you the view!
What amenities are available with booking?

Each guest, whether they book a room or workspace, gains access to our standard perks and amenities: free WiFi, access to the balcony, beverage bar, and printer/copier, as well as choice between soft seating or table/desk.
Other select accommodations are available upon request through booking (depending on the space) such as: audio/visual equipment, personal attendant, concierge service, and more.
when are spaces available as offices vs venues?

Below are our hours of operation, but of course we can make exceptions. Just let us know.
Office Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8AM – 4PM
Event Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 5PM – 9PM
Friday: 8AM – 1PM / 4PM – 10PM
Saturday/Sunday: Events Only (10 Hour Window)
can i book a desk space instead of a whole room?

We offer individual workspaces to those who just need a place to escape the noise and focus.
Throughout the open common area, Crescent Room, and other shared rooms, Jubilee and Port Room, guests can choose between soft seating or table/desk and enjoy our standard perks including free WiFi, access to the balcony, beverage bar, and printer/copier.
Workspaces are available as hot desks in the Crescent, Port, & Jubilee Rooms (first come, first serve) by the hour. See availability and secure your workspace below.

Our event venue spaces are available to book by requesting a quote. Each event is unique and requires a booking process that accommodates that. Start by viewing our venue spaces below and get in touch to start planning your event, big or small.
how do i submit artwork for the gallery?
LOCAL ARTISTS & CREATIVES
Artwork submissions are open to every kind of artist, medium, and subject matter— however, we’ve assigned certain themes to specific rooms, read through our gallery descriptions below.

how far in advance should i book?
At least 1 hour
For private rooms, we require at least 30-60 minutes of prep time to make sure the space fits your needs. For workspaces, we’d prefer 30 minutes notice, but it’s not required.
If you need a last-minute booking, just give us a call and we’ll help make it work for both of us.
For events, the sooner the better. Depending on the type of event and necessary accommodations, we’ll need to know well in advance to make sure we can bring your vision to life.

how can i tour the space?

Our space is open for touring Monday–Thursday at 4–5PM, during this time slot we should be able to showcase each space and answer any questions you may have.
can i plan a date or small gathering?

Absolutely! Our spaces are open to however you’d like to use them, including a special date night or friendly hangout. We offer concierge services and can tailor our space to any occasion, including date nights, hangouts, game nights, proposals, and more.
can i book a space for a club meeting?
